This is an uncoated, one side acrylic coated black glass wool mattress and is used for internal sound, heat insulation and fire safety of ventilation and air conditioning channels.
Product Features
- Before acoustics are applied, the application surfaces of the ducts should be cleaned to be free from dust and oil. The duct to be insulated must be measured from inside to inside and cut in line with Izocam Acoustic measurement, paying attention to the thickness of the insulation.
- Izocam acoustic adhesive should be applied on the duct surface with the help of a brush, and cut and prepared boards should be placed.
- It should combine the transverse and longitudinal joints properly, leaving no gaps.
- When installing washers on pins, care should be taken not to compress more than 10% of the insulation thickness. Excess pin lengths remaining on the washers should be cut.
